Tip: Suspenders to the Rescue

Do you have a child that is tall and thin? Short and stocky? Want to get another year out of those expensive ski or snowboard pants? Suspenders to the rescue!

Many ski pants come with built in suspenders. They aid in keeping baggy pants up, away from the snow. But as kids get older, they don't want anything to do with "baby suspenders", opting instead for big, baggy - snowboard style pants.

With one husky child and another slim, I was always at odds trying to find the right fit for winter snow pants. That's until we went the suspender route.

Suspenders can be cool. Using suspenders you can get two or more seasons out of those snow clothes, plus the benefit of a tight fit to avoid freezer burn on the bum. Cruise the web for hot designs in suspenders.
